Campfire Casserole

Here's something that requires no refrigeration and minimal equipment to prepare.

It will feed from two to around six people, depending on how hungry they might be.

Most people think of ovens when a casserole is mentioned but this one can be made in a Dutch oven or pot over a campfire.

Ingredients

1 Can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can evaporated milk
1 8 oz Can Rotel diced tomatoes with chopped chilis
1 8 oz Can chicken
1 10 oz Bag of Fritos

Directions

  1. Combine and heat the first four items until beginning to bubble
  2. Fold in the Fritos
  3. Let set for about five minutes and serve.

You can double or triple the recipe depending on the size of the crowd.
